We are currently recruiting experienced Homecare Assistants (HCAs) for full-time and part-time roles to support our growing community services in Limerick.
The Role
As an experienced Homecare Assistant with Bartra Homecare, you will:
- Deliver high-quality personal and practical care in clients’ homes
- Support clients with complex and ongoing care needs
- Promote independence, dignity, and respect always
- Work confidently from individualised care plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the wider care team
- Maintain professional standards in line with Bartra policies and best practice
Who We Are Looking For
We welcome applications from carers who:
- Have previous experience as a Homecare Assistant / Carer
- Hold relevant care qualifications (QQI Level 5 or equivalent)
- Demonstrate a professional, compassionate, and reliable approach to care
- Are committed to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred services
- Hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle (a bonus, but not essential)
- Are eligible to work in Ireland
